Brand Campaign Manager
TechTarget is seeking a Brand Campaign Manager to join our Brand Operations team and become a key player for some of our largest clients. The Brand Campaign Manager is responsible for managing digital advertising campaigns across the TechTarget network to achieve the marketing objectives of our clients. Wesentliche Aufgaben:
- Manage all aspects of online brand advertising campaigns, including deliverables collection, campaign setup and implementation, monitoring campaign performance, and reporting;
- Serve as the main point of contact for online advertising campaigns, providing exemplary customer service to our clients;
- Project management of internal or external custom requests associated with brand campaigns and products.
- Set up and confirm all creative media to ensure proper functionality, accurate placement, targeting, and rotation;
- Monitor, optimize, and report on performance of banner campaigns;
- Serve as a Brand expert and provide first-rate customer service to our clients and sales teams;
- Roll up post-campaign highlights, key takeaways, and future campaign recommendations;
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery and technical issues with our customers, ad serving vendors, third-party technologies, and internal departments; and,
- Support day-to-day operational tasks of display advertising campaigns across the TechTarget network.
Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten:
- Bachelor's degree is required;
- Proven record of providing exemplary customer service under tight deadlines;
- Agile, with the ability to multitask in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment while displaying strong attention to detail;
- Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively on the phone, in person, and via email;
- Self-starter, with the ability to take initiative and exhibit good judgment;
- Critical thinker who can analyze data and work to find creative solutions to an issue;
- Confident personality that can manage client relationships and quickly learn new technologies, applications, and processes;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
- Experience in online media trafficking with an industry standard ad-serving vendor preferred but not required (experience with DoubleClick for Publishers/DFP a plus);
- Working understanding of online ad-related technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, etc.) preferred but not required;
- Working knowledge of programmatic solutions and vendors a plus; and,
- Job opportunity available in Boston or San Francisco areas.
